General Policy: 1. All purchases made on HobbyCreate are subject to our return and refund terms outlined here.

Eligibility for Returns: 2. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and returned within 90 working days.

Items Not Eligible for Return: 3. Perishable items, intimate items, hazardous materials, and digital products cannot be returned.

Change of Mind – 14 Days: 4. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Extended Returns – 90 Days: 5. We offer a 90-day return window for unused items in their original condition for a full refund.

Faulty or Incorrect Items: 6. If your item is faulty or not as described, please contact us first for a quick resolution.

How to Return an Item: 7. Please contact us before sending your return to receive the correct instructions and return address.

Refund Processing: 8. Approved refunds are processed within a few business days to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds: 9. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or card issuer, then contact us if necessary.

Discounted or Sale Items: 10. Refunds apply to the amount paid; sale items may not be refundable if you change your mind.
